We pick servers, facilities, and upstream providers in such a way that we know we wont be losing money. When problems happen we know we're safe, and we make sure to pass that on to you. While most providers would charge extra for something that costs them nothing we only care about the original cost and profit and nothing more.
We choose redundant servers and network hardware to maximize our uptime. We've been around long enough to know what works and what doesn't. Our infrastructure is built around HP servers and HP Procurve network switches, our core routing is composed of pure Cisco routers. We support IPV6 and our entire backbone is built utilizing MPLS, this allows us to offer services more diverse than simple IP transit. We adjust our routes constantly to provide the fastest possible speeds to the home. We know what it takes to provide the best and we put that knowledge to practice for our customers.
